1.2 The types of car wash services may vary at each Quick Quack location. In addition to car wash services, Quick Quack may offer certain additional products and services (”Additional Services”), such as. B vacuum cleaners, towel drying services, towels, dashboard wipes or other products and services that Quick Quack provides from time to time in a Quick Quack store; however, unless Quick Quack warrants that (a) additional services will be available or continue to be available as part of the car wash services, (b) that the same additional services will be available at each Quick Quack location, or (c) additional services will be provided at no additional cost. 1.5 In addition, and without limiting the foregoing, by using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are: (a) eighteen (18) years of age or older; (b) are not currently excluded from using the Services or are not otherwise prohibited from having an account for the Services; (c) are not competitors of the Services or do not use the Services for reasons that compete with the Services or any other product or service offered by Quick Quack; (d) have the authority and authority to enter into and perform this Agreement and this does not violate any other agreement to which you are a party; (e) infringe the rights of Quick Quack, including intellectual property rights such as copyright or trademark rights; and (f) agree to provide, at your expense, anything necessary for the use of the Services. Personal Touch will not sell or distribute your mobile phone number to third parties under any circumstances. Personal Touch will never directly market you with services that you have not signed up for, whether by mobile phone, SMS or email. Personal Touch will never share any personal information about you, including your phone number, name, billing information, or other identifying information. GoDetail may terminate new or existing maintenance plans or services with customers if we determine that the customer is not the right choice for our services at goDetail Mobile Auto Detailing LLC`s discretion.

Cases of termination of the Service include: walking behind our backs and working directly with GoDetail employees instead of going through the Company, being rude or harsh to GoDetail employees, or any other reason we deem worthy of terminating the Service in our sole discretion. 4.1 You acknowledge and agree that we have the right, in our sole discretion, to change the Services, fees, costs and prices, and this Agreement from time to time, and that any amended terms will be effective upon posting. You will be informed of changes due to contributions on www.dontdrivedirty.com/terms-of-service/ and may be notified in accordance with the means described in section 4.3 below. You are responsible for reviewing and familiarizing yourself with such changes. Quick Quack will endeavor to provide at least seven (7) days` notice of any service level change that Quick Quack believes could result in a significant reduction in quality or services. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the changes will be deemed acceptance of the modified Terms. We are asking for your comments. Your personal data will not be displayed in the photos. We need access to water and electricity for all our automotive detailing services. If you do not have access to water or electricity, please call us at (971) 290-1109 so we can find a solution.

If you do not provide access to water and electricity at the time of your appointment, a $40 cancellation fee will be charged. The fee for our service is the agreed dollar amount, which is indicated on the service package order as ”total cost”. The duration of the service applies to the time we have set aside to complete the ”order” you have requested, not to a specific result. The period booked is an estimate, as the condition of each vehicle varies. It is possible that the order takes less or more time than the time reserved. .
